MA Psychodynamic Counselling & Psychotherapy (Distinction). Goldsmiths, University of London..
I have worked with a variety of issues including loss, divorce, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, relationship problems, low confidence, eating problems and obsessive thinking. From 2020-2023, I undertook community interest work at a counselling practice in Horsham (Horsham & Crawley Counselling Group) alongside therapists of different modalities, where I also trained as an assessor. A registered member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), I practice according to the Ethical Framework and receive regular supervision. I currently work with individual adult clients in Horley, or online. I hold an enhanced DBS certificate and am fully insured.

Originally from Devon, now West Sussex, I have lived many years abroad, including a year in Venezuela and a decade in Singapore. This has afforded me the opportunity to meet and connect with people from all over the world and from many different walks of life. In addition to my psychotherapy career, I have previously taught English as a foreign language, worked as a designer for a London-based architecture firm, and volunteered for a charity assisting refugee women.
My choice to become a therapist was motivated by my deep joy in helping others and by my analytic interest in the unconscious mind, sparked whilst studying the Surrealists at school and deepened whilst reading Freud as an undergraduate.
